Great news is ticking in from a so called  tier 2 town ,chandigarh,where local MT companies are going higher end ,technology wise, and expanding their presence globally and that too not only in english speaking countries but also countries like france,china,taiwan ,japan etc.

A case in point is Mobera Systems,it is a high end IT company deeply into contract Research and Development.It has made its presence felt in USA and Japan and now expanding even to europe.

Absolutely and not only that spread the out sourcing revolution to all the 2 tier ,3 tier towns,even to the rural areas.this would help india to maintain its headstart over china.
