Please take a look at the attached image. Can anybody figure out the names of these drugs?

Clueless.  The second one may be sulfa.

Well i asked another doctor and the result is:
1) Pencilin (I guessed this one because in know the doctor abbreviates that way)
2) Sulfa
3) Tetracycline
4) Minocin

The doctors need to learn to write legibly first, else patients' lives are at stake!

The other one, what extensor exercise is that?

I'm wondering how come you have written prescription in medical transcription?

Well, if the doctors write legibly they ought to be out of business because everyone can read and understand what the doctor has diagnosed and the treatment for the diagnosis made.  The patients should be kept in black always!

Grin very correctly said with tongue firmly in cheek.but seriously speaking it should be written in a manner which is clear to every body.
