Apostrophe bugs a lot of MTs!  Does it bother you too?  I think if you really understand the basics of apostrophe usage, you shouldn't be worried or it shouldn't trouble you at all.  The fact is that you do not apply your mind there.  I have come out with a post on this:  Wrong Usages of Apostrophe in Medical Transcription!  Check it out.

What are other punctuation marks that bug you a lot?

Hi

There are many punctuation marks which are problematic like:

Colon
Semicolon
Question mark
Exclamation mark

We should be more specific while using punctuation marks.
