In order to keep the message boards useful and readable for all members irrespective of age and gender, the following rules/guidelines are in force on this forum, hence be aware of them before posting your message.
- All the messages of this forum are closely monitored to ensure that they are 100% legitimate. Any spam message will be deleted immediately without citing any reason and the spammer will be banned for ever on the forum.
- For your information: This is not a medical, drug or pharmacy forum but a 'medical transcription forum,' something related to healthcare documentation
- User IDs containing drug/pharmaceutical names, porn words or any business motive are not allowed.
- Self promotion is considered spam except genuine messages on medical transcription job board.
- The job board is absolutely free for anyone to post the requirements unless spammed, so make the most out of it. The board is strictly for job seeking purposes only and any irrelevant messages will be moved to the appropriate board or deleted.
- Strictly stick to the topic on all other boards.
- Signature links are allowed at the end of the messages but not with affiliate links or links to objectionable sites.
- Messages containing hate, discrimination, vengeance, obscenity, violence, porn, defamation, gambling, vulgarity, get rich quick scams, or anything offensive under international laws will not be allowed.
- Multiple accounts per individual are not allowed. If the password is forgotten, use the password recovery link, in which case you will be able to reset your password, given that you have access to the e-mail associated with your account.
- Cross posting is not allowed. If you have something to post but are not sure about to which board it belongs to, do not post it in more than one board. Try to post it to the board that closely matches the subject. Duplicate threads only serve to create confusion. When duplicate messages are found, one of the messages will be moved to the appropriate board and the duplicate deleted.
- While posting messages, please fill in a descriptive "Subject" within 64 characters. By doing so, you are helping fellow transcriptionists who will be googling for the same information. The forum is well search engine optimized.
- The rules and guidelines may be altered or added as deemed necessary from time to time.
