Hence quick response to heart attack and reaching the angioplasty table within this time can save your life. If you have a chest pain, the best place for treatment is a coronary care unit and reaching there with a well equipped ambulance would be the best option rather than using a public transport vehicle or your own vehicle to get to the hospital. Don't hesitate to request somebody's assistance and don't try to act as above like coughing etc. Reply the sender with this message and make him/her aware.
