Medical transcription companies operate from India purely due to the profit margin due to the difference in currency exchange rates and cheap labor. So do you think that they will buy and sell jobs for the same rate? So either get a contract with your solid contacts in the US if you want your pay in dollar terms or settle for a less remunerative contract in Indian Rupees with an Indian company.
