That would be a guaranteed career-killer for a politician. Some jobs it's impossible to outsource, and some jobs are better off outsourced than kept stateside. Even if they cut tax breaks, that will just mean that, overall, they'd still need to pay more to keep jobs in the US. Even then, they can't guarantee the jobs are really kept within the US. As for healthcare, he wants to overhaul the system. Which basically means for us more taxes.
