Recent Medical Transcription Words And Terms – List Eleven

We started a medical transcription forum here at MT Herald a couple of weeks ago just as a trial effort to help our small community of MTs building around MT Herald, but unfortunately it is receiving more spam registrations daily than real users!  Identifying those spam registrations and banning those IDs has itself become a major headache rather than looking into other aspects of the site.  Maintaining a website, especially a forum, and protecting it from hackers, malware and virus attacks are the major issues for us, bloggers and webmasters, than building content in them.  Medical transcription terms glossary at MT Desk which has a good collection of surgical equipment terms has been a very good reference for medical transcriptionists since its inception.  Unfortunately, recently it has also come under virus attack along with its sister site and medical transcription forum MT Chat, a hard time for its owner, Julie Weight.  Let’s hope she is able to bring back those good resources for medical transcriptionists to normalcy soon.
